Each pulse carried out by the laser produces only a small jet of particles, progressively developed in depth, so we need a thick plate perforating time in a few seconds. Once perforating is complete, cut with oxygen instead of auxiliary gas. Such a perforation diameter has less effect and its perforation quality is superior to blasting perforation. The laser used for laser cutting should not only have high output power, but also have the temporal and spatial characteristics of the beam, so the general cross-flow CO2 laser can not meet the requirements of laser cutting. In addition, it is necessary to have a more reliable gas path control management system to realize the different types of gas, gas pressure switching and punching time control.
In order to obtain high quality cutting, attention should be paid to the transition technology from pulse punching when the workpiece is at rest to constant speed continuous cutting. Theoretically speaking, it is usually possible to change the cutting technical conditions of the enterprise acceleration section, such as focal length, nozzle position, gas pressure, etc., but in fact, it is not possible to change more than one of these conditions because the working time is too short. In industrial production, it is feasible to change the average laser power by changing the pulse width, pulse frequency, pulse width and pulse frequency. The analysis of actual research results shows that the third method has the best effect.
2. Deformation analysis of keyhole cutting process. This is because Chinese machine tools (only for these high-power laser cutting machines) can not take blasting perforation when machining keyholes, but use pulse perforation (soft piercing), which makes the laser energy development in a small area of children is too concentrated, and the non-processing enterprise area is burnt.
