Hot and humid weather will make the laser power supply and laser equipment in various parts of the wet or dew, resulting in a variety of faults, which seriously affect the normal production of users. Failure caused by the above reasons does not belong to the normal scope of warranty.
Note: 1. When the laser equipment is shut down, the water cooler should also be closed to prevent condensation in the case of shutdown due to excessive temperature difference; 2. Customers in the integrated operation room are strongly required to install air conditioners or lasers in the air conditioning room, and to maintain the continuous and stable operation of air conditioners (including at night) to maintain the indoor temperature and humidity, or to turn on the air conditioners for half an hour before turning on the laser equipment power supply and water cooler each time they turn on the machine.
As the temperature rises in summer, the working pressure of the cooling system of the laser cutting machine increases. It is recommended to check and maintain the internal press fluorine pressure of the cooling machine before the high temperature comes. The pressure of the equipment of different manufacturers is not the same. Due to the high temperature in summer, the deterioration rate of cooling water will also be accelerated, it is recommended that users use regular distilled water or purified water, regular cleaning tank scale replacement water and filter element (it is recommended that the summer replacement cycle should not exceed 15 days), so as to avoid the laser and pipe attached scale influence cooling water flow resulting in high temperature alarm, cleaning scale method please operate under the guidance of the equipment manufacturer.
The guide rail should be cleaned regularly to remove dust and other sundries, and ensure that the transmission part of the equipment is lubricated and without sundries. Regular cleaning and lubricating oil can ensure that the machine in the process of accurate positioning to achieve more accurate cutting, improve product quality.
Four, control cabinet Because the dust of the laser cutting machine is mainly metal powder, it is recommended to power off regularly to clean the dust in the electrical cabinet of the laser cutting machine and check the working condition of the cooling fan.
