3. The distance between the main and auxiliary guide rails at both ends should be the span of the machine tool when measured with a steel tape measuring 1/2000mm with 20N tension. Otherwise, the whole steel wire should be used to adjust the guide rail and adjust the steel wire at the same time to ensure that the standard distance remains unchanged.
Four, with the adjustment pin and feeler ruler one by one to adjust the distance between the two ends of each leading rail and the standard wire, adjust to the standard distance.
5. After the calibration of the auxiliary guide rail is qualified, the connecting bolts between the upper guide rail should be carefully tightened, and the guide rail should be pressed with a press plate. At the same time, all parts of the guide rail should be carefully checked not to move and deformation, and the horizontal plane and front side of the guide rail joint should be smooth.
Six, with a pressure plate to press the end of the main and auxiliary guide rail each, in order to adjust the guide rail horizontal, longitudinal levelness, the flatness of the main and auxiliary guide rail, the main and auxiliary guide rail spacing basis, the straightness of the guide rail to the standard distance between the steel wire and the side of the guide rail as the benchmark.
