Lubrication treatment: the transmission part of the need to wipe dust frequently, to ensure that the equipment is clean and clean, so that the equipment more smooth operation, guide rail and gear need to fill lubricating oil, filling time interval should be adjusted, compared with the spring and autumn season to shorten about twice, and often observe the oil quality. For machinery working in high temperature areas, improve the viscosity level of oil appropriately. The temperature of lipid oil is easy to change, and it should be appropriate to refuel to ensure lubrication without debris. Line inspection: Check and replace aging wires, plugs, hose and connectors. Check whether the pin wires of the connectors of electrical components are loose and tighten them in time to avoid electrical burning and unstable signal transmission caused by poor contact.
