After the Spring Festival holiday, reduce the damage of laser cutting machine

1. To ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, ensure that the laser system and the water cooler are disconnected from the main power supply, and do not operate on the line 2. Close all inlet and outlet valves of the water cooler. System check Check the power supply

Check whether the power supply line is damaged or in poor contact, and check whether the three voltages are balanced 2. Check whether the control signal cable is securely connected. 3. 02 1. Turn on the power to check whether the power supply is abnormal. 2. After the power supply is checked, turn on the power switch to power on the laser. Wait 30 minutes until the laser dehumidifies itself. Water cooler check

1. Confirm again that the inlet and outlet valves are closed. 2. Water tank/water pipe: there is no bending, blockage or damage. Tighten water pipe joints to ensure that they are securely connected. 4. Pour specified amount of water into the water cooler and let it stand for 30 minutes. Turn on the power switch of the water cooler, and keep the power of other devices off. 6. Turn on the inlet and outlet valve of the water cooler slightly, and run the water cooler so that the cooling water circulates back to the water tank from the laser and optical head at a low flow rate, and empty the excess air in the water loop pipe. Mark the water level of the water tank and let it stand for 30 minutes again. Observe whether the water level changes and ensure that there is no leakage in the internal pipeline. When all the above are confirmed, run the water cooler again, open the water valve normally, and wait for the water temperature to reach the set temperature to prepare for the operation of the equipment. =04 1. Check that the gas pipe is not damaged, blocked, and has good air tightness 2. Check whether the control valve has been opened, and then manually test whether the outlet air is normal. 3.
