The installation datum surface of the bed is accurately processed by the gantry milling machine at one time, and the straightness and parallelism error are strictly controlled within 0.02mm, so as to ensure that the transmission parts such as the guide rail and the rack can run smoothly, and meet the stable operation needs of the machine tool for a long time, high precision and full load.

Our beds are divided into economy type and standard type. The economical bed adopts rectangular tube riveting and welding process to greatly improve the overall hardness, making it more durable and able to withstand the working requirements of high-power laser sources without deformation and damage. The standard bed is welded from thick plates to form a solid whole that is strong enough to support the cutting use of a 10,000-watt laser.
