Operating environment of laser equipment
Best environment:
Temperature 25℃±3℃
Humidity: 80%
Acceptable use environment:
Temperature: 5℃
Humidity: 5%-80%
Winter anti-freezing measures:
1.Install air conditioning or heating facilities to keep the operating temperature of the laser equipment at 5℃
2.The chiller keeps running 24 hours, and it is not easy to freeze under the underwater flow state.
3.When the laser equipment is not used for a long time or the power is off, be sure to empty the water in the chiller and store it in an environment above5℃.
4.When the temperature is below 5℃, it is necessary to add special antifreeze for laser equipment to the machine in time.
Antifreeze instructions:
If the temperature is lower than 5℃, it is recommended to replace 100% antifreeze in advance;
If the temperature is below 0℃, 100% antifreeze must be replaced;
When the temperature is above 5 ℃, it is necessary to thoroughly drain the antifreeze and rinse the chiller with purified water or distilled water several times;

How to add antifreeze properly:
1. Drain the coolant inside the chiller.
2. Clean water chiller tank, filter, filter element.
In the container, stir well in the same direction.
4. Inject the evenly stirred antifreeze into the chiller, and stop adding liquid when the level of the chiller is in the standard scale.
Note: It is strictly prohibited to directly add antifreeze to the chiller (adding antifreeze directly to the chiller will cause the antifreeze to be insufficiently dissolved in water, resulting in flocculent, blocking the filter screen and filter element)
Any antifreeze cannot completely replace deionized water and cannot be used for a long time all year round. After winter, the pipes must be cleaned with deionized water or purified water, and the use of deionized water or purified water as coolant must be restored. Due to the use of the environment and different configurations of the water cooler, the actual use may affect the flow rate and flow of the coolant, causing the alarm of the water cooler flow or the heat dissipation problem of the laser.
